For the past four years I have built and developed www.gobatl.gov.co as one of four IT members working for the Atlantico government offices of Colombia. My extensive programming knowledge in HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, (utilizing Microsoft tools), was developed during my tenure in that position.

I also manipulated images using Adobe Photoshop, Ilustrator and Acrobat Reader and Macromedia Fire works and Dream Weaver using Macintosh platform and PC’s platform.
